About PDG

Why we build the way we build.

Every contractor says they're accountable. We build the way we do because we know exactly what it costs when a contractor isn't.

The story

Powers Development Group has been through the hard version of this business — and it's the reason we run ours the way we do now.

We don't dwell on it, but we don't hide from it either.

What changed isn't complicated: the right people in the right spots. That's growth we can actually stand behind. And the discipline to say no to the work we're not the right company for, instead of chasing every number and overreaching.

So when we say we own it, every job, start to finish, that isn't a slogan we picked. It's the standard we believe in, because we know exactly what it costs when a contractor falls short.

What we stand on

Anybody can put “integrity” on a wall.

Here's what it looks like on a job.

  1. 01

    We own the outcome.

One company responsible for your whole scope: no subs pointing at subs, no gaps between trades for you to manage. If something goes wrong, you hear it from us first, and we make it right.

  2. 02

    We finish.

The last 10% is where most outfits limp: the punch list, the closeout, the details that get inspected closely. We stay on it until it's done and it's right. That's the part of 'start to finish' we mean most.

  3. 03

We give you the straight answer.

You'll always know where you stand: on budget, on schedule, on what's actually realistic. Good isn't cheap and cheap isn't good; we'll tell you which one you're looking at.

  4. 04

We stay in our lane, on purpose.

We take the work we're right for and turn down the work we're not. That discipline is exactly why the jobs we do take get finished right.
